a company spokesperson about to face the media, to half or
day-long sessions for larger groups of managers on how
best to deal with the media in times of crisis or
corporate difficulty.

inner-workings of the media are revealed: what turns them
on? What turns them off? Candidates are initiated into
some of the tricks of the journalistic trade.
They
are given relevant scenarios and have to write a news
release then give interviews which are recorded on camera,
replayed and appraised. We'll help you get your messages
right!

and questions are issues-based. We try to make the
sessions as relevant and realistic as possible.
